The tourist couple was late and miserable!

It was a sunny day in the city, and the tourist couple had been looking forward to their vacation for weeks. They had planned to spend the day exploring the sights and sounds of the city, but instead they found themselves running late and feeling miserable.

The couple had been up early that morning, eager to start their day. But when they arrived at the train station, they realized that their train was delayed due to a technical issue. This meant that they would miss out on some of the attractions they had planned to visit.

The couple tried to make the best of it by taking a taxi instead, but this only made them more frustrated as traffic was heavy and it took them much longer than expected to reach their destination. By the time they arrived, they were already exhausted from all the running around and felt like giving up on their plans altogether.

To make matters worse, when they finally reached their destination, they found out that some of the attractions were closed due to renovations or other reasons. This meant that even if they wanted to continue with their plans, there wasnt much left for them to do.

The couple was so disappointed with how their day had turned out that all they wanted to do was go back home and forget about it all. They felt like all their efforts had been wasted and that nothing could salvage this trip anymore.

情況雪上加霜的是，當他們到達目的地後才得知部分景點因重新裝修或其他原因而關閉。這意味著即使他們想要安排行程也不太可能再安排下去了。

夫妻兩人對於當天行程出乎意料地不如意而大失所望，此刻所想要的只是返家忘卻一切。他們覺得所有努力都化作九牛一毛，再也無法救回此行了。
